Friday, September 12, 2008

5-6 p.m. - Registration / Check-in at the Silverthorne Pavilion
6-7 p.m. - Casting & Chipping Contest on Pavilion North Lawn
7-7:30 p.m. - Hors d'Oeuvres & Cocktails served in the Pavilion lobby
7:30 p.m. - Water selections announced
8 p.m. - Dinner served in the Pavilion Main Hall
8-9 p.m. - Live Auction

Volunteers, Guides and Tournament Players may dine complements of the Town of Silverthorne.

Banquet: $25 / adult, $10 / children 3 - 12 (children 3 & under are free)

6-8 a.m. - Breakfast at the Pavilion for Guides and Players (Teams should coordinate departure times with their Guide.)
9-11:30 a.m. - Fishing Tournament
11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. - Mandatory lunch break (boxed lunches provided)
1-3:30 p.m. - Fishing Tournament resumes
5 p.m. - Judges call in scores; return scoresheets to The Mint
5-7 p.m. - Join us at The Mint to share your fish tale!

7:30-8:30 a.m. - Continental breakfast, juice & coffee bar available for players at the Raven Club House
9 a.m. - Shotgun Start
1:30 p.m. - Complementary lunch and beer* at the Raven Club House
2 p.m. - Tournament winners announced & Prizes awarded

*For tournament players. Family members are welcome to join us for lunch for $15 / each.
